Title: Technical/Admin Specialist (Help Desk) Primary Location : The Pentagon Responsibilities: Provide help to users through the maintenance and upgrading of Desktop or Server hardware/software. Troubleshoot and correct any problems associated with the use of equipment and software. Determines if user needs to interact with advanced technical personnel for problem solution. Education and Experience: Associates + 1-year work experience or 3 years work experience IAT Level I A+/Net+/Linux+ desired Clearance, with the ability to obtain SCI IMTS is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
