• Manage staff and subconsultants, coordinate workload, and supervise and mentor the project controls team as a subject matter expert.
• Work with scheduling staff to develop, manage, revise, and update integrated detailed project schedules.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills to handle a complex organization with varying priorities.
• Possess a strong P6 scheduling background, developing and tracking multiple project-level schedules.
• Utilize robust datasets to inform data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in the development and improvement of project controls systems.
• Collaborate with senior project management staff to achieve overall program management goals.
• Produce forecasts of total project costs and provide variance analysis.
• Manage the Risk Management process.
• Assist in coordinating engineering and construction activities in line with project schedule requirements.
• Ensure all contract deliverables and deadlines are met.
• Provide senior-level general project management support as necessary.
• Perform other duties as assigned.What will you contribute?
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, plus ten years of relevant experience.
  • Prefer PMP or Professional Scheduling Professional certification.
  • Must have strong decision-making abilities and be a collaborative team player.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills are required.
  • Working knowledge of industry-standard software and ERP, Planning & Scheduling, and cost management applications.
  • Experience with Primavera is required.
