Cross Screen Media is a media analytics & software company, founded by industry veterans. We're changing the way agencies plan, execute, and measure video advertising campaigns. To achieve this, we need to build an amazing team and that's where you come in---We are looking to hire a Senior Front End Engineer with a strong work ethic and a passion for building new software. This candidate will take responsibility for building and supporting the UI of our product, ScreenSolve. Given the nature of our products at Cross Screen Media, we have complex and engaging problems that demand a diverse skill set. The right candidate will enjoy taking on a variety of responsibilities, creating innovative solutions to unique challenges, and working with large and complex datasets.We're currently accepting 100% remote employees in addition to candidates local to our office in Alexandria, VA.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver features on a cadence within an agile framework
• Take ownership of the evolution of our front end architecture & component library
• Contribute to and follow quality & process standards
• Support definition of user stories
• Work closely with designers to define the user experience
• Work with product team to estimate time & resources needed to achieve goalsExperience:
  • 5+ years experience in software engineering, including shipping at least one project as the technical lead
  • 5+ years experience with JavaScript, including use of TypeScript and concepts like asynchronous programming
  • 5+ years experience with HTML/CSS
  • 3+ years experience with React
  • Understanding of Unix/Linux fundamentals and command-line tools
  • Nice to have: Experience creating data visualizations on large data sets
  • Nice to have: Exposure to ad tech concepts & terminologyWhat We Offer:
