Concepts Inc. is currently seeking a qualified Program Manager with
experience delivering Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine
Learning (ML) products in support of our Defense Intelligence
client on site in Washington, D.C. This role requires you to be
familiar with Agile/Scaled Agile development methodologies and an
AI framework called Analytics Solutions Unified Method for Data
Mining (ASUM-DM). A successful candidate will be experienced
leading many small projects at once. The Program Manager will
engage with clients to understand their business objectives,
challenges, and aspirations related to AI and data science and
manage a team to achieve them. A successful candidate will also: *
Be responsible for overall performance, service delivery, and
quality of project deliverables and is the primary customer contact
for project activities, including cost, schedule, and technical
performance. * Identify staffing needs, prepare job descriptions
and requisitions, conduct interviews, identify employee development
needs and opportunities, and evaluate employee performance. *
Manage customer expectations through effective communications using
Design Thinking principles to define customer requirements and
achieve successful, customer-focused outcomes. * Develop, maintain,
execute, and obtain team commitment to program and project
management plans, roadmaps, milestones, and schedules. * Identify
and mitigate risks, resolve problems, manage conflict, and
effectively communicate program status, constraints, and
dependencies to the client. * Use the MS Office productivity suite
(Word, PowerPoint, Excel) to prepare, validate, and submit contract
deliverables and communicate with program stakeholders and Sr.
Executives and present materials/briefings. * Implement a continual
improvement environment, contribute to process improvement
initiatives, and collect and distribute lessons learned. * Use
tools like Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint to manage tasks and
program documentation. Requirements * Years of experience: 10 years
of Program Management experience * Bachelor's or advanced degree *
PMP Certification * Experience managing program budgets with a
total contract value of $20M or greater * Experience working in the
Intelligence Community and/or DoD developing delivering technical
solutions (AI/ML/RPA) using Agile or Scaled Agile methodologies. *
Understanding of AI/ML and data science concepts. * Prior
experience with development of roadmaps, use cases, and frameworks.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Security Clearance * Must have active TS/SCI clearance, and
willing/able to get CI Polygraph
