This is a great opportunity for career growth! You will be mentored by Carney Program Managers. The PM will actively use best practices and adhere to internal standards and processes for successful project management across all projects using metrics and data analysis to forecast and track achievement of milestones, budgets, burn rates, quality of deliverables, risk assessment, and management scope. Day-to-day expectations typically involve supporting on-going projects, interacting with clients, coordinating with the various capability teams, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring optimization on all projects and teams.THIS POSITION IS REMOTEResponsibilitiesProject oversight of technical resourcesLead project status meetings on a regular basisProvide status reports as requiredTrack milestones and timelines across projects and work with managers and leads to identify workflow, people, and financial resource allocationsIdentify, evaluate, and recommend solutionsEnsure performance to budget and value-add solutions to our clientsSupport business development activity by suggesting strategies and contributing to writing technical approachesSupport corporate efforts in forging active and strategic partnerships with clients, partners, and vendors through technical consultation, and the development and packaging of marketable solutionsMinimum Requirements3+ years of experience working in a deadline/budget-driven federal contracting environment with experience leading projects3+ years of experience with training and learning solutionsBachelor's DegreeExcellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and planning skillsHighly organized, extremely detail oriented and able to balance multiple prioritiesStrong relationship builder and communicator with demonstrated experience partnering with clients, partners, management and executive staffPossess expert project management skillsStrong expertise in using MS Office suite and MS ProjectPreferred QualificationsPMP CertificationCapture management experienceProposal writing experienceUnderstanding of Federal government acquisition processesFamiliarity with leadership training methodologies and content areasEEO/Veteran/Disabled
