Job Purpose
The T&E Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution of the contract and delivery of services related to Test and Evaluation (T&E). The role includes managing systems engineering, software development, test processes, and the integration of DevSecOps practices to achieve contract compliance. Program Managers are responsible for overseeing the development of programs that support an organization's main objectives. They are responsible for ensuring that projects achieve the organization's overall goals, and that the organization stays on schedule, on budget, and growing. You will be tasked with developing programs to support the organization's strategic direction, as well as creating and managing long term goals.
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have prior experience in both program management and team management.
Duties and Responsibilities
The job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the T&E program to ensure compliance and timely delivery of contract services.
  
• Serve as the main liaison with government stakeholders, ensuring communication and alignment on all project aspects.
  
• Ensure that all contract deliverables are met in accordance with quality standards.
  
• Lead the integration of systems engineering processes and implement DevSecOps practices to enhance project outcomes.
  
• Maintain daily availability to support contract requirements during designated working hours.
  
• Devising new programs that support the organization's objectives.
  
• Coming up with sustainable goals for the organization.
  
• Working with other departments to develop budgets and plans for the programs.
  
• Evaluating and assessing the programs' strengths and weaknesses.
  
• Creating and managing long-term goals.
  
• Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
  
• Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
  
• Writing program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
  
• Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
  
• Implementing and managing changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
  
• Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle.
  
  Qualifications
  Minimum Education & Experience:
  
  • 
    
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Engineering, or related field.
    
  • Experience: At least 8 years of program management experience, with expertise in T&E, systems engineering, and DevSecOps.
    
    Training and Certification Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • Must comply with DoD 8570.01-M Information Assurance Workforce Improvement Program.
