      About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Business Development for the Cyber market. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching the business development team to achieve growth within this sector. This role requires a seasoned executive with a strategic perspective, strong leadership and mentorship skills, and a proven track record in expanding business. The ideal candidate will have broad market awareness and trusted customer relationships within the intelligence and defense communities, particularly related to cyber programs. They should also possess technical and/or operational background to deliver unique solutions, and the creative energy to identify and drive new opportunities. Collaboration with internal and external partners is essential, as is the ability to make critical business decisions to ensure profitable growth.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of business development and strategy experience within the intelligence community, with a focus on the cyber market. Deep operational or technical domain experience in offensive cyber is strongly preferred. The role demands a leader with strategic insight across the entire capture lifecycle, experience with various contract types, and a demonstrated ability to influence at the highest corporate levels. The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire confidence and provide business development leadership. A Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related technical field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and an active TS/SCI clearance is mandatory.
