place to be.About the role and where you will be working:The
General Manager, Support at Home is accountable for the transition
of the Home Care business to Support at Home. The role has
accountability for the operational performance of the business unit
including the growth, financial sustainability, quality, employee
engagement and consumer outcomes. The role is responsible for
leading the development and deployment of commercial and
transformative solutions that contribute to the financial and
quality performance of Southern Cross Care (WA).This position is
located at our central office in Rivervale.We'll also be asking you
to:
- Lead the development of a modern and contemporary service in
the context of the Support at Home.
- Create and execute an approach to the provision of Support at
Home that positively transforms the experience of our consumers and
employees.
- Identify and create opportunities to grow the Support at Home
business to maximise our reach and impact in line with our growth
strategy while delivering financially sustainable results.
- Develop key performance indicators and targets that enable the
Support at Home leadership team to deliver the commitments made in
strategic, operational, team and individual performance plans.
- Develop and implement workforce planning processes that
optimise the deployment of labour balancing consumer and employee
needs.
- Ensure the business unit is compliant with all relevant
regulation and take steps to review and monitor compliance.About
you:The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial background in
a related sector with demonstrable ability to grow services in a
sustainable and responsible way.To be considered for this role
you'll need:
- An understanding of quality and compliance requirements and
demonstrates ability to monitor and remediate risks to
compliance.
- Proven management experience at a senior operational leadership
level.
- Workforce planning and optimisation experience.
- Strong leadership and motivational ability that grows and
develops talent.
- Experience of managing remote and isolated teams and
individuals.
- Hold a satisfactory NDIS workers screen check.Working with
