Job Description:

We are a rapidly expanding team seeking a Clinical Director, Associate to join us in transforming healthcare for seniors. In this role, you will lead a care team, provide direct patient care, and mentor and coach primary care providers in delivering outstanding clinical outcomes. If you are an innovative and entrepreneurial team player with a passion for improving healthcare, we want to hear from you.

Provide care for patients with acute and chronic illnesses
Take full accountability for patient care and outcomes
Engage with hospitalists and specialists as needed
Lead care team and support clinical operations
Mentor and coach primary care providers
Partner with center operations to drive center performance If you hold an MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics with current, active MD licensure, we encourage you to apply. Join us in making a difference in people's lives every day.
