this role, you will participate in strategy and lead a team through
high priority projects for our Enterprise Supplier Management
organization. You will collaborate with smart and passionate
leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the
company's bottom line. You will be one of the leads on important
and exciting projects from day one, working alongside key
stakeholders across the company. This specific role would be
responsible for standing up and running a program for a division
level initiative.This role is hybrid meaning associates typically
spend about half their time (2-3 days per week) in-person at one of
our offices listed on this job posting. Monday and Fridays are
enterprise-wide virtual work days. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
are in-person days for associates to spend time together working in
our beautifully-designed team areas.Responsibilities:
- Leading moderate sized teams to drive complex projects and
programs by providing strategic direction.
- Designing, developing, and managing project plans in a complex
dynamic environment, revising needs to meet changing
requirements.
- Ensuring projects are being delivered on time and on budget
within a challenging environment while simultaneously managing
risk.
- Partnering cross-functionally with project customers to provide
strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive
project delivery.
- Building relationships and collaborating with key stakeholders
to ensure delivery of commitments.The person will:
- Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive
projects and program efforts.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of excellent project
management, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place
to manage work in a dynamic complex environment.
- Display a passion for coaching and developing a team of
associates through their leadership style.
- Have excellent communication and partnership skills which are
essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders
at all levels across the company to manage, inform and influence
outcomes.Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
- At least 5 Years of Project Management, Program Management or
Consulting experience.
- At least 4 years of experience supporting, partnering or
interacting with internal business clients.
- At least 3 Years of People Management experience.Preferred
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree.
- 6+ years of Project Management or Consulting experience.
- 4+ years of People Management experience.
- PMP, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong problem solving and influencing skills.At this time,
