This position requires experience supporting budget analytics in a federal government environment. Qualified candidates will have prior experience working with Qlik Sense and Databricks. Experience with Advana platform is a plus. This position is a direct hiring working for our client and offers a competitive W2 salary plus benefits. Role and responsibilities include (but are not limited to): * Create and update data pipelines and conduct data ingesting operations * Query, discover, export, and connect dashboards/analytic models to data on the Advana (DoD big data) platform * Develop and translate functional data requirements to assemble datasets and program related business logic * Ensure the data catalog is updated with new data being ingested * Maintaining relationships and communicating with key client personnel to understand business operations, processes, and functions * Develop and run reconciliation scripts to support customer data data and use cases * Adhere to management's Agile Development process including Jira * Other duties as assigned Requirements include (but are not limited to): * U.S. citizenship * Current security clearance (secret at a minimum) * Bachelor's degree is preferred; additional years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree * Experience supporting DOD Financial Management activities including PPBE * 3-5 years of development experience with business intelligence including Qlik Sense dashboarding, development, and mashups * Experience with back-end database management and programming * Effective written and verbal communication skills including developing and delivering presentations * Experience deploying Business Intelligence and data environments * Proficiency with scripting in SQL and Python to query databases * Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, CSS, Node.js, Engima.js * Experience using DataBricks to perform data transformations or modeling * Experience using Cloud Native Services * Qlik Sense certification is preferred (Qlik Sense Architect, Qlik Sense Analyst, Qlik Sense Trainer) * Ability to support on-site work requirements (3-5 days/week depending on project assignment) #ADVANA #Qlik #Databricks #Python #FM #CJ #HJ .
