Senior iOS Developer (Onsite)
Cognizant is looking for an experienced, innovative Senior Native iOS developer to grow with our mobile development team As an iOS developer, you will be involved from conception to go-live creating highly engaging, technologically sound and aesthetically impressive mobile applications for users at scale. This is an onsite role in Richmond or McLean, VA

Responsibilities:
Develop iOS client code solutions that deliver on Product Strategy and adhere to established engineering best practices, design guidelines and principles
Partner with Software Engineers, UX/UI, Quality Engineers, Product Owners/Analysts to deliver high performing quality customer experiences that are engaging, purposeful and powerful in their simplicity
Actively participate in all team agile ceremonies, contributing to ensure that all team commitments are delivered on time and of the highest quality
Remain an active learner in all technologies related to mobile development (Swift 3rd party libraries, etc.)
Influence and contribute to group discussions and incorporate feedback/communication from the broader team
Actively engage with developers outside of the local sprint team across various disciplines (Android, iOS, APIs, Web, etc.)
Own and lead delivery of major components and platform needs in partnership with senior engineers and Architects
Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across sprint teams
Identify technical obstacles early and work closely with the team to find creative solutions
Review pull requests and ensure adherence to Swift and other languages.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of overall development experience
5+ years Native iOS development experience and 3+ years with Swift
Design, and develop iOS native applications for mobile phones, and tablets
Experience leveraging native iOS development frameworks (API, testing, deployment, etc.)
Hands-on experience building robust apps using Swift
Experience in engineering highly scalable, reliable and distributed systems.
Application development and design experience using object-oriented methodologies
Experience with Jenkins, Maven and version control systems such as Git
Experience in consuming web services using JSON/ XML
Experience on writing unit test cases using xctest/ocunit.
Solid understanding of software design and patterns like - MVC, Delegation, Singleton, Factory, Adapter
Familiarity with Agile development/Waterfall processes and methodologies
Expertise in application memory management, multithreading, networking & security
Job Summary
Cognizant Looking for IOS Developer We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in iOS development and domain expertise in Cards & Payments. This role involves managing projects from inception to completion ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of projects within the Cards & Payments domain.
Oversee the development and deployment of iOS applications.
Provide direction and support to the project team.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time within scope and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Qualifications

Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
Have 5 to 7 years of proven working experience in project management.
Demonstrate strong technical skills in iOS development.
Exhibit domain expertise in Cards & Payments.
Show excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
Display solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Hold a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
Have experience with project management software tools.
Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Show strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exhibit the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
