We're growing our team here in Chevy Chase, MD.Compensation: $31.00 / HrShift: Flex scheduling: Open availability required to work either 1st, 2nd or 3rd shift. Position may include weekends, the scheduling will be based on the site needs. Would not guarantee full time hours.About the job:

• Must be able to work overnights
• Must be able to stand, sit and walk
• Must be flexible and have open availability
• Must have security experience
• Cannot guarantee full-time hours
• Excellent customer service is always your top priority.
• You observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
• You provide rapid response in critical situations.
• You're good with reading and writing detailed reports.
• You know when and how to enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
• Must be able to work weekends and public holidays
• Effective oral and written communication skills. Proficient computer skills to include Microsoft Office.
• Must be proficient in security software programs for safety and security.
• Must consistently maintain an excellent uniform appearance.
• Must be able to multitask in order to monitor alarms, CCTV and report writing.
• Previous SOC, Dispatch/ Communication Center experiences of at least 1 year are required!Your background:
  • You have a high school education or equivalent (GED)
  • You're able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
  • If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
  • You have a Maryland Guard Card.
