Summary:This successful candidate will provide Quality Management support to a SharePoint on premises to SharePoint Online migration. In this role, you will analyze improvement areas, as well as track, troubleshoot, and report defects. This successful candidate will have experience with IT Service Management projects, software testing methodologies, including test planning, case design, execution, result analysis, and automated test tools.Join us and you will enjoy some of the following benefits:

  • Interact with Government and contractor stakeholders about requirements and identified risks
  • Execute test plans and evaluate software and system level capabilities
  • Recommend, facilitate, track, and report continuous process improvement activities
  • Oversee execution of test scripts and review results
  • Create concise documentation for test plans, procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting guides
  • Implement audit practices for internal processes and products
  • Document and resolve nonconformities and requirement escapes via root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action
  • Perform weekly surveillance on Jira tasks/subtasks
  • Work closely with developers, providing feedback on improvement areas
  • Oversee integrity of work performed and associated deliverables
  • Report findings, discuss requirements, and present solutionsKey Qualifications:
    • Five+ years' experience executing test plans and evaluating software and system level capabilities, as well as software testing methodologies
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Knowledge of automated test tools and their application
    • Ability to create and execute test plans for web-based applicationsWork Location:Baltimore, two days a week onsiteThe pay range for this job is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
