BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR-JOB DESCRIPTION

Salary max is 70,000-75,000

Benefits position is primarily managing ADP Workforce Now HRIS system that already does the required government compliance for benefits, COBRA, ACA etc.



Government Health & Welfare SCA compliance is something ADP can't help us with. That said, knowledge and work experience of government contracting Health & Welfare management as it relates to benefits would be a desirable.



Tracking FMLA tasks is another task ADP can't help with, sending required documents and approvals, tracking the hours.



The remainder of benefit position tasks are managing ADP Workforce Now as it relates to benefits already set-up in ADP. If the candidate has government contracting experience with Health & Welfare, working knowledge of ADP Workforce Now that would be a good fit.
