  Responsibilities for the HVAC Install Coordinator:
  
  • Schedule and coordinate HVAC installations, ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm installation dates, address questions, and provide updates.
  • Manage inventory and order necessary materials for upcoming projects.
  • Ensure proper permits are acquired for all projects.
  • Work closely with technicians to ensure job readiness and efficient workflow.
  • Oversee quality control during installations to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
  • Assist the HVAC Manager in day-to-day operations, including team supervision and task delegation.
  • Support technicians by providing guidance, answering technical questions, and troubleshooting on-site challenges.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new team members, ensuring they are familiar with company protocols and best practices.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers during the installation process, ensuring satisfaction from start to finish.
  • Handle escalated customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct post-installation follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of installations, including equipment used, time spent, and any additional services provided.
  • Support inventory management and ordering processes to maintain an efficient workflow.
    
    Requirements for the HVAC Installation Coordinator:
    
    • Proven experience in HVAC installation, management, or coordination roles.
    • Journeyman License Required.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle escalations calmly.
    • Familiarity with scheduling software, inventory management, and project tracking.
    • Technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation processes, and best practices.
