Job Description:

Cape Fox Facilities Services is seeking an experienced Construction Surveillance Technician (CST) to support a new opportunity. Responsibilities include: * Monitor the activities of all personnel on the Secure Construction Site (SCS) at all times * Document activities of personnel on the SCS * Document all security incidents on the SCS * Perform in-depth inspection of construction materials, tools, and equipment prior to and after their use/installation ensuring all items are free of tampering and identifying all anomalies * Inspections will include the use of specialized equipment including the Non-Linear Junction Detector, Spectrum Analyzer, and Portable X-Ray machine * Utilize Technical Security Counter Measure equipment to screen equipment and materials * Identify anomalies and variances in construction work against the official project construction plans * Perform close-in/Seal-in inspections in accordance with the CSP, SSM, and SSC Direction * Perform access control functions including personnel and bag searches * Carry out opening and closing procedures of the SCS each day as directed by the SSM * Operations may include 24/7/365 operations Travel Requirements 0 - 10% Salary Grade Job Requirements * Active TS/SCI Clearance * Minimum of five (5) years of construction experience or equivalent experience such as security experience.
