exceptional, passionate individuals to join us as fellows for the
summer.How You'll Make an ImpactAs a fellow at Arc Initiatives,
you'll play a vital role on our campaign teams, directly
contributing to fast-paced, high-stakes communications work across
digital and traditional media. In this role, you will:
- Coordinate and Support Events: Assist with planning and
executing events like press conferences and training
sessions-managing logistics, drafting materials, and ensuring
everything runs smoothly.
- Monitor and Analyze Media Coverage: Track key news cycles,
compile clips, and provide insights to help shape strategy and
messaging.
- Create Engaging Social Media Content: Draft compelling,
platform-specific content (tweets, Instagram posts, etc.) that
captures attention, engages audiences, and amplifies campaign
messages.
- Develop Persuasive Written Content: Write clear, impactful
materials for blogs, print, and digital campaigns that reflect our
client's voices and goals.
- Own Your Projects: Take initiative on assignments, manage
priorities, and follow through on tasks quickly and accurately -
balancing independent work with collaboration.What Makes You a

gain practical experience in political communications and public
affairs. No professional experience is required - we're looking for
enthusiasm, adaptability, and a drive to make a difference. You'll

Details
- Duration: Full-time fellowship from May 20 - December 5, 2025,
with some flexibility.
- Location: DC-based
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week.
- Salary: Monthly salary of $4,850, paid twice a month.
- Additional Benefits: Fellows will receive mentorship,
networking opportunities with industry leaders, and hands-on
